Instances resetting more often

Lately, every time I spend significant time in a world or sleep overnight, the instance gets closed down about 4-5 hours in. Sending me and everyone else to either a copy of the instance in the same world or their home world.

In the past this hasn’t happened, at least far from commonly. I’ve spent 24 hours in an instance prior (mostly afking but still) and returned to find not even a message or warning of an instance reset. Has the timings changed to become more aggressive recently?
