My Acer Aspire A715-43G Keeps thermal throttling

I have recently (around 4-5 months ago) bought an Acer Aspire A715-43G from a friend who had no issues like this. I got given the laptop after a fresh factory reset, and then I had changed the thermal paste on the laptop since they said that it had already gotten old. After changing the thermal paste, I had then tried out some basic games, that being Roblox and Minecraft, I had felt no lag for about 2 weeks, then later the CPU had began to reach 95 degrees (Celsius, and I want to add that my current idle is at 70-75 degrees). This forced me to lower my graphics on both those games from max to lower and lower overtime.

Where I am right now with this laptop is thermal throttling on 1 graphic bar on Roblox. I have tried changing the thermal paste again, tried third parties such as Universal Tuning Utility, changing power plan settings, updating the graphic drivers, and even turning off multiple background apps. But non of that seemed to work. I am now at a point where I don't know what to do and I need help.

RAM: 11.4 GB (8+4, 2 sticks total)
Storage: SSD (472 GB total space)

Extra info: Fan really loud, Laptop is elevated, thermal paste last changed 2-3 months ago.
