Kylaq Signature Plus PDI done-infotainment on software 0873, should I be worried?

Did the PDI today for my Kylaq Signature Plus (Mfg: May 2026). Everything checked out fine - paint, panel gaps, tyres, no transit/flood damage, low odometer, all good.

The only thing bugging me is the infotainment software version. It’s showing 0873.

I’ve come across a few posts here mentioning that 0873 has some bugs/glitches and that the newer Skoda build is 0876. Since mine is a May 2026 manufactured car, I kind of expected it to already be on the latest version.

So I’m a bit confused about what to do:

•	Just take delivery and get it updated at the service centre / OTA later  
•	Insist the dealer upgrade it to 0876 before I take delivery  
•	Or is the version difference even worth rejecting the car over?

Has anyone with a recent Kylaq actually faced issues on 0873? Is this a genuine concern or am I overthinking a minor software thing that’ll get patched anyway? Would really appreciate inputs from existing owners. TIA!
