[Discussion] Looking for human beta readers please

I recently paid to get my Novella read by a Beta Reader on Feverr - the report was obviously AI-generated. New writer question: What is the best way to go about getting a live human to read your stuff? I am writing a Cozy Mystery Novella that will be my reader magnet so I want this to be good. Let me know where to go and who to ask. TIA
