Bracket

Hi all, I'm thinking about creating a bracket with 16 dudes doing size bets and increasing punishments for losers. I'm still working out the details, but I'm thinking 4 rounds, everyone competes every round in either a winners or losers bracket. Punishments would increase after each loss. Naturally, one person will go 4-0 and not get any punishments and another person will go 0-4 and get all the punishments, everyone else will be somewhere in between. I'm thinking first loss should be a normal wedgie, second loss and all around wedgie, third loss either ripping or atomic, and fourth loss a swirly. This would set up a situation where almost everyone who competes will at least get a wedgie, but only the smallest nerd gets the swirly, and the smaller you are the more likely you are to get a harsh wedgie. Anyone interested?
