Cloned my Main drive but left it in, windows no longer boots.

Open | Windows

So I have been cloning my main drive for years on my other computer. I have an icy dock, I power down, eject the ssd and use an offline dock to clone, put the clone in the safe original back in the computer everything good. I have a bad crash I just get the cloned drive and insert and back up and running.

I have a newer computer built this year. No place for icy docks anymore. 2tb NVME drive that had windows on it. I have a 2tb ssd inside. and 1tb nvme. Used Macrium to make a clone from nvme to the ssd. and macrium to image or backup things to the 1tb nvme.

I unfortunately left all drives in the computer not knowing I needed to pull the clone out. Thought I could just keep the clone there and swap to it if need be. Reading afterwards guess thats a no no?

So now windows won't boot up unless I pick the windows volume. 3 sets of windows 11 pops up, if I pick the volume 3 windows boots to the correctr C drive (2tb ssd that I want. But I can't get it to just naturally boot to the main C 2tb ssd. I assume each drive has windows on it and something corrupted and now when booting up the bios can't pick tghe right one or the C drive boot is corrupted.

So here is the bootup error blue screen, winload.efi error

I can pick f9 a few times and then it gives me which windows to pick

windows 11 volume 8 is the correct one, I pick that and everything loads normally.

I haven't erased or pulled the nvme's drives as I think the clone c ssd has problems.

What to do. What I have tried is go into the bootup bios, remove all other boot options disabled and justg have the C ssd drive as the boot and that didn't work.

Command prompt (admin), bootrec /rebuildbcd can't find that command

Did a dism and sfc to repair the c drive

Still no go. I have a lot of files and software built into the c drive and the clones. To start from scratch will take me 3-4 days to put everything back. How can I just get that main C windows drive to boot up on start up?
