help lost my virginity unprotected sex and possibly ovulating

fuck i just lost my virginity today and had unprotected sex, he did not ejaculate inside or anything and it didn’t last super long either but i am still so paranoid. i use flo to track my menstrual cycle and it just happens to say that im ovulating TODAY idk what to do im gonna go buy plan b tomorrow morning but i heard it might not work if i already ovulated so what do i do fuck i don’t know if there was any precum or anything and i’m 16 i do not feel comfortable telling my parents and im also from thailand idk how they go about abortions and stuff can someone please advise me what to do
