When is typicalshift change at a store open from 5am-9pm?

Morning crew at my local Starbucks is great and my order is always made right and tastes great. The evening crew is a whole other story. My drink always tastes terrible and before anyone says it, I have asked them to remake the drink and it really wasnt much better the second time around. And its not busy either, its actually usually pretty dead when I go after work around 630pm.

Whatever, its not that big of a deal, I ain't gonna make a fuss to the manager or corporate about it. I just need to know when the typical shift change time is so I know when the cutoff is to just avoid going there and wasting my money.
