4K 60 Dolby Vision Issues

I just got my Luna Ultra and am enjoying it quite a bit. It has been working flawlessly except for one issue. When I shoot in 4K 60 in Dolby Vision and upload it, the Insta360 App won’t play it, resulting in an error, iPhoto has severe stuttering at random points of the video, and at those points in Final Cut it just goes to a black screen. I am running all this on a M5 iPad Pro. Am I doing something wrong, or is the a glitch with the camera itself that may require a firmware update?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
