Pay raise for moving from BA to full-time?

Hey everyone! I’m a BA right now and I’m ready for a full-time job. My store has some management openings, and I’m thinking about applying
I’ve heard that AE sometimes offers smaller raises for internal promotions compared to what external hires get
For those of you who’ve gone from BA to full-time management, did the starting pay feel fair for all the extra responsibility?
Thank you!
