I kept talking to agency owners who were manually chasing invoices, forgetting what clients had promised, and had no idea what was actually outstanding at any given moment. Chaser is too expensive for a 5 person team.

So I built Duely. Been at it for a few months. The main thing that's different from Chaser is that reminders go out from your own Gmail, so the client sees your name in their inbox, not a third party collections tool. Feels a lot less aggressive.

It also tracks payment promises so when a client says "I'll pay by Friday" you actually have a record of it. Logs partial payments against the original invoice. Keeps a full timeline per client so you always know what's been said before you reach out.
