My parents almost certainly found out today.

I’m shitting myself right now.
I’m 18 and live at home with my parents.
While I was at work today my parents opened the cupboard sort of thing where I have my stash.
It’s on the underside of my window and it’s more for storage than for regular use, and for years it’s been fine and nothings been touched. Today my mum(presumably) cleaned my room and must have opened the door and then moved a few things around, nothing has been touched but the door was left open, there was also dirty diaper bags from this week which are in a rucksack and haven’t been thrown out yet- only the past 2-3 days and they are double bagged, also no mess only pee. There was one bag not in the rucksack which I hadn’t put in there yet as it was last night.
The fact that the door was left open is undeniably evidence that someone knows what was in there and perhaps is acting as a reminder to throw them out or something?
This is genuinely the worst feeling I have felt in so fucking long I feel so embarrassed and disgusted. They haven’t said anything or acted any differently yet. I just don’t know if I should say anything or do anything about it.

It makes me feel even worse as whoever it was, was clearly just trying to help out and move some clothes and old trophies around to make room for some picture frames I recently bought.

Please someone how do I deal with this or sort it out because I seriously don’t know if I should say something or what to say if they bring it up.

To make it weirder, I had a bad feeling about today and them possibly finding out because my mum said something about throwing out old clothes.

God this is awful.
