How your sex drive being on medication’s and having epilepsy?

I also have depression and ADHD, which I know depression. Medication is a big factor and sex drive. I never once thought about my epilepsy medications or epilepsy in general, but after talking with a friend just about every single one of my medication’s can cause lower libido after some more research, I found out that just having epilepsy in general can be a base for low sex drive due to seizures disrupting brain activity.
