How good is this deal?

So basically a person in my locality is selling a PS5 slim disc edition for 50k with GTA V, Horizon zero dawn and Resident Evil Village disks. He says that he bought it 10 months back but failed to utilise it very well, due to personal responsibilities. So he thinks that there is no point in keeping it. Original box, bill and warranty card (2 months left) are also available.

I am going take a look of it tomorrow and will make a decision there.

Just want to ask that looking at the current market 'shortage', is this a good deal? Should I pull the trigger? And if yes what things should I consider before buying it?

And if you can find help me find any new piece for the regular price in Surat or Ahmedabad then tell me.
