🧱 I built BrickSense AI — a UK property analysis app — with Claude Code

BrickSense AI helps UK home buyers sanity-check a property before they get attached. You give it a postcode + asking price, and it pulls together:

- 🏷️ Land Registry comparables — what similar nearby homes actually sold for

- ⚡ EPC rating + floor area, property type and tenure — pulled from the official EPC register

- 🗺️ Planning overlays — conservation areas, flood zones, green belt, listed buildings, Article 4, TPOs

- 🤖 An AI verdict — a plain-English value summary and "is this priced sensibly?" take

It runs on an anonymous, device-based wallet (no signup) — every device gets 2 free searches a day, then small token top-ups.
