Laptop will not turn back on after I shut it down and idk if the malware I have has somthing to do with it

since my windows 11 has basically been fucked due to having some malware on it that just keeps on duplicating even after deleting via windows protection I just decided to reinstall windows on my laptop via using a usb drive as due to the malware I was unable to even reset my laptop, although once I shut it down in order for me to plug in the drive and then reinstall it just won’t turn back on, I searched and saw that it is unlikely for malware to completely brick a pc but I literally don’t even know at this point. I know the malware was used to sell my personal data eg my passwords to things such as steam and tiktok and I also noticed that it caused my pc to run more than usual as the fan shouldn’t be running that much for some of the basic tasks im doing. hhh help I don’t know what to do I might send it to a tech support company but I really don’t want to spend the money on this. btw the file that showed up on virus protection was like rumi.hac32win ? or somthing like that and then another one like Trojanwin uh polisipod idk i obviously can’t go on my laptop to check.
