Already in ‘Eligiblity List’ and willing to apply for co-ops!

Hello everyone. I have been placed in an eligibility list and have been offered a role as well which is entry-level.
As I was struggling to find a job, I started a diploma in cybersecurity and always wanted to work for the government.

Now, I am applying for co-ops. Would it be a conflict of interest? There is this co-op in cybersecurity and I am willing to apply.

Would it sound like misrepresentation?
