Over chambering in Vfc FAL OSW

About every 3rd or 4th shot a bb will just roll out of the barrel, and the other shots are pretty inconsistent, nub isn't pinched, bucking sits fine, nothing on the muzzle. Is the nozzle tip needing to be shaved a thing on the FAL OSW? Or is there another issue im missing?
