When do mailed badges arrive?

Not seeing anyone post about this and im not sure when its supposed to arrive, ive contacted support and they keep saying its basically RDCs team to do all of this and not the ticket sellers site (which is odd). But its getting closer to the event and I still haven't received my badge. The address is correct but I have no shipping info or tracking number to even validate it was shipped to begin with. Anyone else get their badges? Thanks
