High AMH

I don't have any menstrual irregularities or any pre established gynecological diagnosis.

But I had my FSH, E2 and AMH tested the other day.

My FSH and E2 are within normal limits. But my AMH is 7.91 - way higher for my age (i am 30).

I read its a sign of PCOS. I'm kinda stressed.

Any suggestions or insights?
