Just had my results and I'm a little anxious.

Hello all, I had my smear test 11 days ago and just received my results via NHS app. I have high risk HPV but no abnormal cells detected. I'm concerned as it has been about 10 year from my previous smear to this one (I had some family issues and also put it off, stupidly). I guess I'm just panicking a bit and maybe being dramatic. Is there any more of a risk of the cells changing in the next year, until my follow up), due to the fact I'd had so long between my last smear. Thanks so much.
