Been smashing my face against an impossible Challenge, are there others?

I have been trying to complete the Panther Challenge 3, killing 6 Falcons in 1:40, and found out today that is seemingly impossible after the melee changes that prevent the Shield Blade into Lance combo from killing.

All of the videos I’ve watched of people doing the challenges, have been seconds away from failure and that was with the true combo and near perfect RNG with the spawn positions.

Are there any other challenges that are not possible or especially difficult because of changes, so that I’m not wasting a day trying to git gud when it just can’t be done?
