Real talk about AI takeing over animators jobs

Disney have fired a bunch of artists, and intend to train ai on the art their now former employers have spend decades refineing. The disrespec is one thing, but what will Disney do when the ai movies fail? Because they will. Not just because of people hostile opinions against ai and what it does to people, but because the ai will never be able to make something consistent without human touch? I mean not even the faces look similar on the man in the new ai animation they released about pregnancy.
