Can we talk about Ottawa education?

I am a student in Ottawa, I have noticed many issues that piss me off! one of the main things is that my classmates literally can’t read. they struggle pronouncing simple words like collaborative even when the words are in their own presentation! another thing is that their reading and writing stamina is so low. they can barely read anything over a paragraph or they can’t write a few sentences. they dont show up to class and they are not being failed. I don’t know what went wrong and how I can help as a classmate. there are other v!olence and dr*g issues that also are being ignored. wanted to vent my frustration and feel free to comment or ask, I’ll try to respond
