Male, looking to live alone near sector 62. Any affordable ideas?

I work at Candor techspace sector 62 right now. I earn Rs.30k per month. This may improve if I get a good job to switch over. But is there an affordable place where I can live alone for now without disturbance near sector 62?

I just need a small chamber for myself with enough space to keep my stuff. I don't want too many restrictions, like I practice and record with electric guitar so it can get a bit noisy sometimes. A chill owner is important here and I can follow some restrictions but I may bring friends over, regardless of gender. I smoke indoors and drink sometimes but cause no problems and can keep my place clean.

I just don't wanna burn a hole in my pocket with the rent. Any leads will be highly appreciated. Do let me know about what is available.
