As the title says I am looking for advice on if I should sell investments to payoff the debt to be not thinking about being in debt or just keep paying from surplus income ?
It will take around 2 years to payoff at the current rate with both of our year end bonuses, investments are growing at around 8-10%. Also just to mention we do not have bad spending habits, debt accumulated is from buying a property along with getting married this year.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated !
