I live in Ohio, but my school is in DC. How do I get my driver’s license?

hi reddit, i need help please. i live in ohio because i just graduated from undergrad in ohio.

my masters program is in a day one cpt school based in dc.

here’s my problem

the ohio bmv wont give me a drivers license because my i-20 is dc based.

the dc bmv won’t give me a drivers license because my residency is in ohio.

i really need to get my drivers license for multiple reasons. should i just move to dc, or is there a way to get around this issue?
