Q: You have been in office for a week now. What has surprised you most about the job?

Voidsterr: That is a bit hard to specify. I suppose the limited powers of the PM was a bit of a surprise, as I live in a place where the executive sadly has a lot more power. But I cannot say it surprised me in a negative light. The extra-parliamentary opposition of the CEF did surprise me in a bad way, though.

Q: So far, what has been the hardest decision as PM to make?

Voidsterr: I have not really had decisions that challenge my moral compass yet. The hardness of decisions is more about whether or not I can actually get my decisions to be implemented. If we use that scale of hardness, I would suppose HB11 S08, because it faced severe opposition in Parliament.

Q: What is your largest priority for the remainder of your term?

Voidsterr: Getting the economy actually up and running in a way that does not crush the populace, and containing as much damage as possible from the natural disasters.

Q: What has the government accomplished so far to do that?

Voidsterr: For the economy, we have regrettably not done much. My plans are to build roads, which we are either lacking or have low-quality roads, and factories or other economically useful buildings, which are mostly situated in West RPS and Marina. For the natural disasters, we have locked down West RPS and Stonebastian. I am also planning to introduce a curfew and additional measures. We will use the USCC to construct safety measures against the predicted flood.

Q: The opposition leader, Deruis, has claimed that the budget recently passed is both 4x and 7x our GDP. Would you say that is true or false?

Voidsterr: I will say that is false, as I believe there is no metric for our GDP as of now. When I asked where they got the measurement of the GDP, they responded with users who are either inactive or provided the information a long time ago. Even if we were to go with the assumption that the budget is that much larger than the GDP, even though this budget is much smaller than the previous government's, I see no problem in going into some debt to develop this extremely underdeveloped country. The state's income is all fuzzy. I was first told our only income was taxes, then later told that the government extorts companies for billions, and we have an unspecified number of bonds that I have still not been provided a number for by the person who sold said bonds.

Q: How is the government responding to the Monsplaga outbreak?

Voidsterr: We have already locked down West RPS and Stonebastian and are planning to add a curfew to fully contain the virus. We will provide the necessary aid to make sure our citizens do not starve under lockdown, and we will offer compensation to families of the deceased who donate the corpses of their loved ones to science, should HB12 S.08 pass. Additionally, military police will aid in maintaining order.

Q: What keeps you up at night?

Voidsterr: The suffering of the people under natural disasters or chaos from fighting, the opposition's insistency, and the CEF trying to influence policy making for their own profits. Mostly the first and the last ones.

Q: Why are you such a great leader?

Voidsterr: I do not believe I can be classified as a "great leader," either in terms of my actions or morality. I simply try to do what I was elected to do in a way that benefits the Union as a whole.

Q: If you could pass one law immediately, what would it be?

Voidsterr: I would probably pass a combination of the Economic Democracy Act and the Political Sovereignty Defence Bill, with some additions to prevent potential corruption and to be harsher.

Q: What do you plan for foreign relations, the military, and how will you address the social order in the Union?

Voidsterr: I plan for the Union to become a member of the League of Servers and seek closer ties with FSR Sutherland and TeenGovernment. While repairing relations with DoR would be nice, I do not think either side is ready for that yet. For the military, I intend to carry out a small-scale modernization program that does not eat too much into the budget, to make it a decent fighting force. For the social order, I intend to implement policies that support gender neutrality, try to weaken the private family unit, and oppose homophobia by supporting pro-LGBT movements like the Radiance Movement. I must admit, I have been forced to put my ambitions of challenging the social order into the backseat and currently lack a solid plan, as I try to maneuver the natural disasters and the economic demands of the Union.
