[SCVS003]: Pins and Collars

Hey everyone, I desperately hope you can help me out here: I lost two of the collars that hold the pins in the bracelet (SCVS003, the rice bead looking one). My nearest Seiko Boutique here in Germany was of no help… Any idea where I can get these from or if there is any aftermarket solution? The Spirit holds sentimental value and I would very much like to wear it again. Thanks a lot in advance!
