How to get started safely with resin printer (Sonic Mega 8k s)in bedroom?

Hi all,

We bought our son a 3d printer (resin based, which I'd never heard of) brand new off an auction site.

​

On checking the manual it states it needed ventilation, a breathing mask, etc.

​

How do we get started using this? I was assuming it would be safe to use indoors.

​

Casual reading mentions putting a case around it, VOC's etc.

​

So far we haven't even assembled it yet and bought no resin.
