I’m a big cart user. Noticing worsening wheezing and pleurisy symptoms

My main method of consumption is carts. I use around 7 a month. I have been using them for many years off prescription & on, but within the last few months i’ve noticed i’m wheezing a lot more and getting one-sided chest pain when I cough. My partner thinks it’s getting worse.

I used to take a lot of blinkers so have stopped doing that. I have a doctors appointment booked in soon. Has anyone else experienced this?
