Can 2nd player play as batman in legacy of the dark knight?

So we’re playing with my girlfriend and we have only keyboard and 1 controller. Somehow i made it work, which was a pain in the ass. Dont get it why we can’t play as keyboard+controller just like in skywaller saga. But here came another question. Cant i as a 2nd player with a controller play Batman instead pf 1st player? Cuz my girlfriend bad at playing with controller so keyboard is more comfortable option for her. But we want me to play Batman. Is this possible?
