I'm new to the format, is this anything?

So, the plan is to get Gurmag Angler or, if you're lucky, Rust Goliath by turn 2.

The way to do it:

Turn 1, play Insolent Neonate or Masked Meower and activate their ability, discarding a card with dredge. Ideally, Stinkweed Imp. Then, you can immediately dredge 5 to put the imp back into your hand instead of drawing for the ability.

Turn 2, swamp. Then, if you dredged Rust Goliath, cast exhume. Otherwise, delve, exile the 5 cards from your graveyard and tap out for Gurmag Angler.

I've also got Faithless Looting Lightning Axe to help discard your dredge cards. Lightning Axe is cool if your opponent plays a turn 1 creature.

No clue about the sideboard or anything. And, to be honest, kind of guessed at the rest of the main deck as I am not too familiar with this format, yet. Looking for input on trying to make this more consistent or, perhaps, I am a fool and this has been tried and failed or conversely there is already a much better version of this out there.
