Will i get refeeding syndrome if I suddenly start eating again

Hello so i havent really eaten anything much in 4 days, 2 days ago i ate a few small sugar cubes and today i ate some more but im scared if i eat actual food tomorrow ill get refeeding syndrome or smth, I wont eat a lot but I kinda dont think i can take it anymore so I want to eat something
