I’m not sure what symptoms I have one month after pneumonia

(20M). One month ago I got diagnosed with pneumonia and was hospitalized. I was in hospital for almost a week and was discharged due to improvement, I’ve received the treatment I needed, however recovery period seems to be quite difficult. I was scared of every blow of wind, monitored my temperature frequently (which even up to this day stays around 37-37.5 C/ 98.6F-99.5F), I went to doctors to make sure that my lungs are okay. My overthinking got so bad that I had sleep deprivation for 15 days. I’ve been discussing symptoms with AI, seeking reassurance. Yesterday I went outside in the evening, it was 19 C/66.2F and quite windy, then when I was coming back home, I felt cold and was sweaty, also my T-shirt was wet due to sweat, I had a light hoodie (it got wet due to sweat as well) and light jacket on me. now I have coughing symptoms and discomfort in lungs when breathing, also when I breathe in through mouth, I feel like I want to cough. Also I noticed a slight increase in temperature (37.6C/99.68) and feeling of fever. What could it be ?
