welcome package

i'm wondering whether there is any time estimations as to when the welcome packages may change. this is due to the fact i was planning on buying all of the illit one but found out the lobby skin is made w ai. idm waiting till a new welcome package replaces it but i am curious to know how many weeks/months it could take to happen?
