I want to fire my business partner

I have an informal business partnership with someone. Its verbal. Nothing in writing.

This person handles everything including finances, contracts, relationships, taxes etc.

The way it’s set is that he gets the checks and is paid for the services we do. He then pays me.

How could I dissolve this partnership or fire him from the business?

He has violated moral codes I don’t condone.
How do I get them to transfer all the accounts and contacts he has?
