For anyone who has to find the next tenant themselves

Hey everyone,

I observed a problem when someone needs to find the next tenant for the apartment they currently live in. You post it somewhere, hundreds of people show up to the viewing, and all of them send over their applications which is probably the most personal information you have to a complete stranger.

I built a free tool to help both sides of this. You create a link where people apply through, and you get a ranked list of applicants based on your own specific criteria, so you only invite to viewings the people that actually cover your needs. From the applicant side, people apply with self-given information, no files uploaded, and everything is stored in Switzerland with Infomaniak.

If anyone is in this situation and wants to try it for free, feel free to send me a message. I would really appreciate the feedback.
