I'd like to learn to make cocktails and bar-tend: barter?

Hi. Posted on FB and Lex and Craigslist, no luck though.

I'm hoping to learn to bar tend, and haven't had any luck landing bar back jobs as someone who doesn't have any bar back or bussing/serving experience (previously worked fast food, have 1 trillion years of retail, and food/bev/hospitality experience as a cashier or back of house cleaner). I was a barista over a decade ago so don't genuinely think I can say I have comparable skills any longer.

If anyone owns a bar or establishment that serves cocktails or has a friend that does, that has time to teach someone or let them stand in as a bar back for their bartenders, I can barter time in exchange. Help cleaning, organizing, front or back of house tasks, etc.
