5 or 6 yeast infections in ~6 months. Is it normal?

Advice Needed

This is my 3rd time posting something like this, because people keep either ignoring my post or giving me complete bullshit "advice" that is literally not possible for me. I’m quite young, so i dont really know what to do or if its normal to be getting infections at my age.
I’ve been having constant infections since September or October 2025 and I think its been about 5 times now? Thats just a guess because I’ve honestly lost count. The first time, i was really scared to tell my mum so i left it until January and i think thats what made it worse. Every time i treat it, it comes back within a few weeks (or recently it’s gotten worse, it comes back within DAYS now)

My mum is really angry at me that it keeps happening, and said if it happens three times then ill have to see a doctor. Like i said, its been 5 times now and she still refuses to let me see a doctor because she is disappointed with me. (The reason why shes mad is because she says its because i eat too much sugar. While shes not wrong, i brought it up to her that it might be caused by diabetes which is not an unreasonable thought as my grandmother, her mum, died of something to do with untreated diabetes)

What i wanted to ask, are there any reasons as to why i keep getting infections, and could i treat them myself without having to tell my mom/see a doctor? i would go and ask a doctor by myself but im only 14 so i cant drive, i cant get a bus because i don’t have any money at all, im only allowed out of the house on the weekends from 11 am to 5pm if im with a friend. and besides i have no clue where to go or which GP im registered with (im in the uk) because I havent been to the doctor since i was about one year old.
