Dreaded 12v dead this morning

2.5 years 30,000 miles. I think it's still under warranty right?

Tried to book an appointment it said 2 months out, that's not very convenient I'm hoping they call me 😕

Also I'm 5 hours away from a service center they have told me mobile service is available but everytime I need service it's a drive because the issue isn't serviceable via mobile... This one surely can be... Right?
