What is the name of this game

There was a turn-based game with an anime like style where you pulled for characters by standing on a circle, each area that circle gave you more luck. You could go somewhere else while your characters stayed fighting an enemy and there were multiple worlds and dungeons in which you could get artifacts to equip on them. The characters range from anime girl like to minotaurs and different monsters, and each of them had different elements they could be. There was also an arena. ^^
