Is High Court Enforcement ethical? Do you think the current bailiff system should be abolished?

I've always wondered what people think about this. I actually went through the effort of completing my TCG certificate and getting licensed by a judge to carry out county and high court judgements, but never actually went through with it as another job came along and it was a last resort thing.
