Talk me out of the Simgot EW300..

I'm looking to enter the game for the first time. I know from my current bluetooth inner ears, and my over the ear headphones that I prefer a U shaped or V shaped sound profile. I love to hear my treble but I don't want overly airy sibilance stuff, and I love my kick drum thump with my metal music but I don't want overly "warm". Warm to me is a substitute for muddy sounding in my experience. I thought about the Aful Explorer but when I saw "warm" I re-thought it. Something around the $100 mark is where I'm looking to get in. I have an iphone and will be starting with the apple dongle for now. I also have an M-audio amplifier/box on my PC I can hook up to as well.
