My second skin fell off

I’m in another country. I got a sick tat. I have multiple others. My second skin fell off. I can’t go to the shop anytime soon to get more second skin so I wrapped it with gauze. It’s on the back of my thigh so shitty spot plus it’s hot here and I’ll be walking for the rest of day. Question is should I even go back to the shop to get another second skin or should I just ride this shit out. My plan was to have the gauze wrap for most of the day then hit the tattoo shop get more second skin go home and wash my tat then air dry then slap second skin on. (That’s how I normally always heal my tats. Leave shop with Saran Wrap go to bed with it. Wake up wash tat with anti bacterial. Air dry. Second skin for 5 days) that works incredibly well for my body and my tats. So should I still do that or should I just rip gauze for the rest of the time. Idk need some help
