Abnormal cycles and fatigue I don't know what to do

I have had three periods with only 10 days apart . Along with this I have an intense heavy feeling in my hands, arms, feet, and legs with also bad headaches and I'm feeling extremely tired exhausted and no appetite I am also experiencing chest pain but not that hurtful just a little but it changes spot.

I really don't know what to do cuz no one actually believed me
