Allied races

Retail

Sooo I can unlock Void Elf and 2 other allied races but i can’t find the quest for the Dark Iron Dwarfs which is one of the 3 allied races I really desperately want.

I’m new.. like 6 days playing new. I boosted a character (dwarf) purely so I can unlock allied races. What am I doing wrong? Why can’t I unlock the Dark Iron dwarfs?
