Long term success after osseous surgery

Hey everyone I’ve posted in here before. I now have some long term success after doing osseous surgery. My right side 2 years ago. And my left side 1.5 years ago. I’ve been super diligent with my oral care at home (sonic toothbrush 2xs a day, interdental brushes daily, string floss, and water pick). I never miss a day. I have been keeping up with cleanings every 3-4 months since my first surgery . I had another cleaning 2 days ago at a new dental office and pockets were measured. I have mostly 2-3s but I do have a few 4s. I don’t know how many but seems around 4-5 of them. I had zero bleeding with probing and with getting my cleaning. I am 100% sure I’m stable now especially with no bleeding. I try to not drink with high acid or sugar often but I still do. I try to not snack in between my meals. And when I do drink something or eat something if can’t brush I rinse my mouth out with water. I hope this gives some people hope cause I have stressed about this a lot like many of you.

TLTR: get your treatment you need, keep up with good home care , and change diet/life style and things will be ok 👍
