Mystic Mushrooms Stuck in Inventory

I’ve got the mystic mushrooms stuck in my sims inventory. I can’t click on them to do anything. I’ve tried NRAAS and Overwatch, but NRAAS can’t even see the mushrooms to reset/delete/sell/whatever and when I tried cleaning up inventory with Overwatch nothing happened.

Does anyone have any advice? I’d like to get these mushrooms gone before they corrupt my save.
