Vacation Pay Tax Question

Hi all, I'm trying to determine if my paycheques and vacation pay have been taxed accordingly. Here is an example of a weekly pay stub:

Salary or wages income 970.20

Vacation pay 58.21

Total cash income 1,028.41

Federal tax deduction 37.52

Provincial tax deduction 6.62

Total tax deductions on income 44.14

CPP deductions 53.18

CPP2 deductions 0.00

EI deductions 16.76

Total deductions 114.08

Net amount 914.33

When the paycheque was received, the amount was $914.33 less the vacation pay of $58.21. When vacation pay was later paid out it was also taxed, but is vacation pay typically taxed twice and I've just never paid attention before?
